Restricted act
The exclusive right to do certain things in relation to a work, including:

(a) to copy;
(b) to issue copies to the public, by sale or otherwise;
(c) to perform, play or show in public;
(d) to broadcast or include in a cable programme service;
(e) to make an adaptation;

...or to do any of the above acts in relation to an adaptation of the work.

The restricted acts may vary depending on the relevant work in question.
