 Using this website
Our objective is to ensure that copyright resources can be found quickly and easily.
The main menu is located at the top of the page and can be accessed from every page within the site.
Copyright Owners - Click the Copyright Owners menu button for information relevant to you generally. The drop down box to the left of the page provides a menu linking to information applicable to different categories of copyright owners e.g. Creative Industries, Electronic Media, Music.
Copyright Users - Click the Copyright Users menu button for information relevant to you generally. The drop down box to the left provides a menu linking to information applicable to different categories of copyright users e.g. Education, Government, Individuals.
Library - This website incorporates a Library which allows resources to be located by browsing or searching through different types of content or areas of interest. Click the Library menu button. The drop down box to the left provides a menu linking to different content categories (e.g. Articles, News Items, FAQs). Alternatively, search within one or more content categories and/or areas of interest (e.g. Moral Rights, Copyright Tribunal, Permitted Acts) by selecting the relevant boxes and then clicking "Display search results".
NZ Copyright - To browse general introductory information on the NZ copyright landscape, click on the NZ Copyright menu button. A drop down box provides a menu of headings, each linking to an introductory topic.
Links - Click on the Links menu button to find direct links to other useful websites. The drop down box to the left provides a menu of categories, each linking to categories of related links.
Search the website - This website includes a search facility that can be accessed from every page within the site. A full search can be performed across the site by entering a keyword or series of keywords in the search box located at the top right of the page.

To contact us, click on the Contact menu item located at the top of every page. You can contact us to report any technical problems with the website or to suggest any improvements.
