Photography - Someone has photographed my sculpture which is permanently situated in a public place and reproduced the image on T-shirts for sale to the public. Does this infringe my copyright?



No. The Copyright Act says that sculptures (and models for buildings, and works of artistic craftsmanship) that are permanently situated in a public place or in premises open to the public and buildings, can be copied graphically, photographed or filmed and copies issued to the public without permission.
