Digital review of Copyright Act 1994 Digital review of Copyright Act 1994 02-05-2007 A Bill proposing changes to NZ copyright law is currently under consideration by Select Committee. The Copyright (New Technologies and Performers' Rights) Amendment Bill will amend the Copyright Act 1994 in view of the development and adoption of new technologies.
